I couldn’t agree more about the effects of hydration. It is something many people forget and sometimes even athletes. Being in Virginia and in the spring season, the temperature does get very hot and humid. I have had many instances where I was dehydrated. My cognitive and motor skills were dramatically decreased because of dehydration. The chance I was able to hydrated, I felt revitalized and replenished.
I now know to stay hydrated throughout the day and even during my training sessions. Training in certain environments does adapt the body. Most people will train indoors, but those who train outside will have the edge over the others.
