For me, I started taking fitness seriously in 2013. Before that, I was in high school competing in sports. I was involved in sports since the 8th grade. My mentality is no where near the same back then as of now. I wish I could have realize what more I could accomplish back then, but whats done is done.
Now I try to go to my local gym as much as 5-6 times a week. At first, I used a lot of resources on the internet because I was new to fitness. I soon studied exercise science and learned more about fitness. I found what worked for my best and for my goals. Now I would say I am relatively healthy and enjoy fitness very much.
